Look! I made a square card! I saw some similar cards on someone's blog but as usual I can't remember whose! So if it was yours post me a pleasant reminder and I will give you credit.
I used some retiring paper from a Hostess DSP pack and a couple of retiring colors to make these. It is hard to see in the photos (I should have taken a close-up) but the lattice and the layers under it are all embossed with the Finial Press EF. The white piece was cut with the Scallop Square Big Shot die. I left the sentiment off until I need them.
Paper: Mellow Moss, Really Rust, Whisper White, Not Quite Navy, Crushed Curry

My Computer is Still Sickly!
My poor little computer is still under attack. Nothing bad just some extremely annoying adware that is hiding. So rather than spend hours & hours searching I am just going to restore my entire operating system. I am trying to remember to save everything but you know I will forget something. I do have my photos saved (I am so paranoid about my photos that they are on a flash drive in the safety deposit box!). In the meantime my computer time is fraught with annoying pop-up windows that eat my memory and crash my computer.
I did find a cute little web site called ColorLab where you can create SU color combos or it will generate some color combos for you (click "SURPRISE ME") Here is a link or there is one on the sidebar.

My computer had the flu (virus!)
I was so blue
My 'puter had the flu (virus)
Had to run her in safe mode
To find the infected code
After 24 hours of being scanned
Found the infection and now it is banned.
So now off to create
Before it gets too late!!!
(Yeah I know, cheesy and don't quit your day job.)

Butterflies
This was a card design from the SU demo magazine called Stampin' Success. A very easy card, clean and simple.
The butterflies were punched with the Butterfly punch using scraps. I wrapped a little piece of silver elastic cord around the middle of each butterfly. Of course I used the new Square Lattice embossing folder for the piece of white.
The base of the card is Bermuda Bay-which just happens to be 50% off! Yep! Only $2.75 for 24 sheets. Of course I just bought 2 packs BEFORE it was 50% off! *sigh!*

More Square Lattice
I am still unable to put the Square Lattice Impressions Folder down. I must not be the only one because it is backordered. It is hard to tell in the photo but the textured piece is layered on a base of Old Olive.
I used the Friends 24-7 stamp set. Used my handy dandy blender pens and ink pads to color the image on Naturals White paper.
The little felt pieces are from the last mini catalog. I wanted another pack but they were sold out and SU couldn't order any more. Hopefully there will be some new felt pieces in the new catalog!
