A Little Birdie Card

Confession time! I have several stamp sets in my possession that have never seen ink, have only been used once or even worse, have never been mounted. *sigh* When this Stampin' Up!™ set called Aviary first came out I just had to have it and alas this is the only card I have made with it. My first New Year's resolution is to use every current Stampin' Up! set I own!
The card base is Pool Party and that cute little brad is from the In-Color
brads pack; the ribbon is Crumb Cake seam binding. I used a stamp from a hostess set called Happiest Birthday Wishes.
Finally, my Christmas tree is up, my cards are mailed, and I only have 2 gifts left to purchase. Next project is wrapping!!!

Hmmm...I know exactly what you are saying...hehehe. I also had to have this set and do really like it! You've made a pretty card using it! Looking forward to more from this awesome stamp set!

Girl, I know what you mean. I have several stamps not inked up yet and I refuse to buy another stamp until I create something with every one that "I just had to have" ;).
This card is beautiful, love the image and the colors you used.

Beautiful card. I may join you in your New Years resolution but extend it use every stamp that has never seen ink. I could probably post a card a day for the entire year if I actually accomplished that goal.

Oh, Rhonda I am so guilty of that too. I bought some Christmas sets and they haven't been mounted yet and I guess it is a little too late now. I'm glad you finally inked your Aviary set so we could see your beautiful card in Pool Party. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Uh, yes, I know what you mean . . . but then, my stamps being unmounted doesn't stop me from using them!!!

One of my resolutions was to do more stamping, you should be proud of me!
