White Sails and The Open Sea

Making masculine cards is easy peesy with this great Stampin' Up! set called The Open Sea.This is a CASE of a card by Sharon Field; click HERE to see the original.

To color the white on the ship and compass I used Whisper White craft ink and a Blender Pen or you could use an Aquapainter. The trim around the ship is Baker's Twine that I threaded through holes punched in each corner.
Card stock colors are Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler and Not Quite Navy. Ink is Not Quite Navy, Whisper White craft, Early Expresso and Cherry Cobbler (hard to see but the globe is stamped on the Cherry Cobbler background.
